Palate: An Aligoté far from the very sharp, lemony style the grape is sometimes known for. Rounder, with more substance and depth, while keeping a fine freshness and a mineral, saline dimension. Long finish with notes of citrus, honey and hazelnut.
Style: A generous, floral, mineral and saline Aligoté, with real depth from the terroir and the ageing.
