Nose: Apple, pear, citrus, white flowers with hints of walnut and a light spicy touch
Palate: Fresh and lively, fairly full-bodied with a slightly creamy texture, pronounced minerality, beautiful salinity. The slight oxidative touch remains well controlled and does not tip the wine into the style of a vin jaune.
Long finish
Style / character: The Chardonnay brings volume and fruit, while the Savagnin gives more tension and aromatic expression.
